Khao Phra Wihan National Park

Right on the Cambodian border, about 40 minutes drive from the guest house, this National park boasts many attractions. The Cambodian Border runs through the Park. The park also provides access to one of the most famous sites in Asia, Prasat Khao Phra Whian Temple (Preah Vihear), an enormous Buddhist Sanctuary built in 893 and accessible via the park by agreement with the Cambodian Authorities.
